KNOW THE CAMP
From Vision to Experience
The Brazil Immersion Camp was founded in 2023 by Victor Oliveira, Alliance Black Belt and Co-Founder of Alliance San Francisco.
Victor’s goal was simple:
to allow his students to experience authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at its roots — training directly with his professors while connecting with Brazil’s culture, people, and lifestyle.

The Journey So Far
June 2023 — The Beginning
A small and intimate first camp with only 2 participants. The idea was born, and the foundation was set.
January 2024 — The Growth
6 participants joined the second edition, introducing a more structured training schedule and cultural immersion activities.
January 2025 — The Evolution
The third edition welcomed 10 participants from around the world.
This was a turning point, shaping the camp into a curated, professional experience both on and off the mats.
July 2025 — The Refinement
With 6 dedicated participants, the fourth edition focused on quality, connection, and personalized coaching, solidifying the camp’s identity as a premium small-group experience.
On & Off the Mats
More than a training camp — it’s a complete immersion.
On the mats, participants train daily with world-class instructors, sharpen their technique, and expand their understanding of Jiu-Jitsu.
Off the mats, they explore Brazil: its nature, cuisine, and the everyday rhythm of life that shapes the heart of Jiu-Jitsu.
It’s about connection, growth, and memories that last a lifetime.
January 2026 - A New Chapter
The next edition marks a major milestone.
For the first time, the Brazil Immersion Camp expands to São Paulo, one of the sport’s global centers, featuring Fabio Gurgel, co-founder of Alliance Jiu-Jitsu and one of the most respected names in the art.
This collaboration elevates the experience to a new level — merging elite training, authentic Brazilian culture, and meaningful community.
Train, Explore, Connect.
Welcome to the next evolution of the Brazil Immersion Camp.
