Victor Oliveira — Alliance Black Belt, Founder of the Brazil Immersion Camp, and Co-Founder at Alliance San Francisco.
Born and raised in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, Victor Oliveira is a 2-stripe black belt under Adriano Pires — one of the most respected professors in São Paulo.
Victor began his Jiu-Jitsu journey at the age of 15, back in 2012. During his early years, he built a strong competitive background, testing himself extensively throughout the colored belts. By 2015, as a purple belt, Victor had already discovered a passion for teaching and sharing Jiu-Jitsu with others.
In 2018, he moved to San Francisco, California, where he co-founded Alliance Jiu Jitsu San Francisco — helping build a thriving community and teaching students from all over the world. The following year, in 2019, he was promoted to black belt, continuing to represent the Alliance methodology and values both on and off the mats.
In 2023, Victor created the Brazil Immersion Camp — an experience designed to connect people through Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian culture, and travel. Since then, he has hosted four successful editions, welcoming over 16 participants from multiple countries for a truly immersive experience that combines world-class training, adventure, and community.
With more than a decade dedicated to the art, Victor’s teaching style reflects both his technical precision and his belief that Jiu-Jitsu goes far beyond competition — it’s a way to grow, connect, and explore the world.
Train. Explore. Connect.
That’s the foundation of the Brazil Immersion Camp — and the philosophy Victor brings to every session, conversation, and experience.
